When eating a food miracle cure everything (weight gain, heart disease, age, your annoying boss) would you? Of course!
Unfortunately, I can say that I found that a magic food for the moment (I promise). The good news is, many foods you can eat to give you a little more for your money. According to mean not only delicious and healthy additions to your diet, they also packed with antioxidants in your body.
What exactly are antioxidants?
Antioxidants are in vogue for some time, but many people do not know exactly what they are. Antioxidants are substances or nutrients in our foods that prevent or slow the oxidative damage to our body. When the cells in our body to use oxygen (almost everything that we can every day), they naturally produce free radicals) (by-products cause damage. (This exercise is a good example of a healthy activity that generates free radicals, of course.) Antioxidants act as “free radicals” and to prevent and repair damage caused by free radicals.
