So much information around, hard to know what is true and what is not. It is difficult to say when people try to sell us a product, or if they really care about our health. One thing is sure that the world we live in, unfortunately, is more toxic every day. Most farmers in the United States and several large companies looking to earn more money then they do about our health. Dr. Colbert wrote in his book “The Seven Pillars of Health” has recorded more than eighty thousand products chemicals in the United States, food, prescription and nonprescription drugs, supplements, household products personal use, and products of lawn is.

Because many chemicals around, it is very important to try to remedy some of the toxins, so that we live in good health, toxic world. When eating a food miracle cure everything (weight gain, heart disease, age, your annoying boss) would you? Of course!

Unfortunately, I can say that I found that a magic food for the moment (I promise). The good news is, many foods you can eat to give you a little more for your money. According to mean not only delicious and healthy additions to your diet, they also packed with antioxidants in your body.

What exactly are antioxidants?
Antioxidants are in vogue for some time, but many people do not know exactly what they are. Antioxidants are substances or nutrients in our foods that prevent or slow the oxidative damage to our body. When the cells in our body to use oxygen (almost everything that we can every day), they naturally produce free radicals) (by-products cause damage. Garlic For Health And Medical Benefits

Garlic for health and medical benefits have long been known. Garlic has long been considered to be herbal “wonder drug” with the reputation for preventing everything from folklore to colds and flu to the plague! It is widely used in herbal medicine (phytotherapy, sometimes spelled phitotherapy). Raw garlic is used by some to treat the symptoms of acne, there are some signs that may assist in the management of high cholesterol levels. It may even be effective as a natural mosquito repellent.

In general, the garlic clove is more flavor and more sulfur in the more active properties, it is likely that they are. Some have claimed that organically grown garlic generally higher levels of sulfur, and thus greater health benefits. In my experience, the better the taste for the purchase of organic whenever possible, or is not best for my health.

Some people prefer to take garlic supplements. Tablets and capsules have the advantage of avoiding garlic breath.

Modern science has shown that garlic is a potent natural antibiotic, although a wide range and not a goal. The Authority does not appear that the resistance to garlic, to continue its positive effects on health over time.

Antioxidant Health
Studies have shown that garlic – especially aged garlic – can have a strong antioxidant activity. Antioxidants may help protect the body from harmful “free radicals”.

Adverse effects
Raw garlic is very strong, and that eating too much can cause problems, for example, irritation or even damage the digestive tract.

There are some people who are allergic to garlic. Symptoms of garlic allergy include skin rash, temperature and headache. Furthermore, garlic could potentially hinder the control of pectic substances, which are best avoided before surgery. As with any medicine, always consult your doctor before you tell your doctor if you are using galic.
